Flawless Leadership℠ Programs
The programs that install Flawless Leadership℠
If you lead L&D, lead an organization, or run a team, you already know there is a gap between your aspirations and reality. You feel it through stress, through sleepless nights, through frustration. You see it through endless meetings, twelve-hour days, and a family that is looking for the best of you. As far as you can tell the strategy is clear, yet execution drifts and results take far more effort than they should. Our Flawless Leadership programs identify and close those gaps. We install a belief system, a pathway to unlock your full potential, and a suite of tailored programs engineered for leaders committed to the growth of themselves and the business.
Fit calls run 20 minutes. We scope fit before we scope pricing.
Most leadership programs end at inspiration.
The work starts with implementation.
A program runs. The room nods. Monday arrives, and your team returns to the same dashboards, the same crushing meeting schedule, the same backlog. The methodology stays in the binder and the memory fades. You see it in the post-program data. Your operators see it at the next quarterly review. The leaders attended, but the behavior did not change. There is a reason for that: behavior does not change without a change in beliefs.
Across nearly three decades of this work, one pattern holds. The program is not the product. The product is what changes inside your leaders, the belief that a bigger impact is possible with less effort, once you protect the time to think. That is the Flawless Leadership commitment. The methodology is installed on a live initiative your team already owns, real work, real people, real results.

The architecture underneath every program
The five programs share one operating system: the Three Ms architecture, with FLEX℠ as the operating cycle inside the Method. The architecture stays constant. What changes from program to program are depth, duration, and how directly the methodology is applied to your team’s current work.
Mindset
Most leaders do not fail under pressure for lack of skill. They fail because their defaults take over: avoidance, over-control, and decision paralysis, driven by underlying, unseen biases and beliefs. Mindset work surfaces those defaults and reprograms the autopilot that runs them, so leaders approach future strategy development and decision-making with clarity and precision.
Leaders stop getting in their own way under pressure.
Method
Method is the cadence your team runs every week. Flawless Execution℠ (FLEX) is the engine: Plan, Brief, Execute, Debrief. It turns intent into reliable output. Inside the Debrief, ORCA finds the real cause and converts the quarter you just lived through into the capability you carry into the next one.
Teams execute consistently, not just when the leader is watching.
Moments
Moments is the layer most programs skip. It is where mindset and method meet the live reality of leading people: managing up, handling conflict, making the call when the data is incomplete. It is the difference between a leader who knows the framework and one who uses it while the room is still moving.
Leadership becomes a live skill, not a remembered concept.
Delivery / Teach-Demo-Do
How every program is delivered
Every program runs on the same delivery model.
Teach. The methodology is taught in the room. Mindset, Method, Moments, FLEX, ORCA, the architecture and the vocabulary, in a format your team can absorb and reference. Demo. One of our facilitators demonstrates the methodology in either our LEGO challenge or the Top Gun Experience, where we debrief behaviors and bring your leaders’ blind spots out into the open. Do. Your team installs the methodology through our workshops on a live initiative they are already accountable for, with the facilitator coaching the application in the room. Our coaching programs build on the introductory programs to make sure results are lasting, habits are changed, and targets are met.
The Do phase is what separates Flawless Leadership programs from leadership development that ends at inspiration. Your team leaves having used the system, not having learned about it. A shorter-form version of the same model runs through the Flawless Leadership workshops on a half-day to two-day footprint.
Five programs run that architecture at five different entry points. The right one depends on how much of your team needs the methodology, on what timeline, against what work.
Five programs. One operating system
The five programs sit on a ladder. Same architecture, five entry points. The right one depends on how much of your team needs the methodology, on what timeline, and against what work. Not sure where to start? The assessment maps the gap in about 15 minutes.
Program 01 / The Entry Point
Small Teams Experience
The introductory program. A try-before-you-buy bundle that lets your team live the methodology before committing to a full program.
The Small Teams Experience packages three things into one entry engagement. Your team starts in the Top Gun Experience, a humanitarian mission run under real pressure that makes the belief system something they feel rather than hear about. A Debriefing Workshop then installs ORCA, the four-step debrief discipline, against the work your team is currently running. A Planning Workshop applies the same discipline forward, building the plan for a live initiative in the room.
The fit: you want to try the methodology before you invest in a comprehensive program, or you want a fast, shared experience that installs the belief system across an intact team. Leaders leave 75% more likely to debrief with their teams, the habit the rest of the ladder is built on.
Program 02 / The Mission
Flawless Execution Coaching
The mission-attached engagement. Six coaching sessions over 12 weeks, built around the FLEX cycle, applied to an intact team’s live strategic initiative.
Flawless Execution Coaching is the methodology installed on the work your team is already running. The coaching is the mission. Plan, Brief, Execute, Debrief, against the real initiative, with the coach in the room. By the end of 12 weeks your team operates from a shared execution playbook, X-GAP communication is active, the debrief discipline is established, and the initiative has either landed or is materially closer.
The fit: an intact leadership team, typically 5 to 15 leaders, running a specific strategic initiative that has to land. Hybrid delivery. Bespoke pricing.
Program 03 / The Leadership Team
Flawless Leadership Program
The cohort program. Multi-session over 8 to 12 weeks, Teach-Demo-Do across the full Three Ms architecture.
The Flawless Leadership Program takes 12 to 30 leaders through Mindset, Method, and Moments together. Cohort-based learning, peer accountability, and real-work application between sessions. It is built for organizational rollout, not individual enrichment. Pre and post assessment is built in, so behavior change is documented rather than assumed.
The fit: you need a shared framework across functions, or you want your team in a structured program against a clear timeline. Cohort-based pricing applies.
Program 04 / The Flagship
90-Day Accelerator
The flagship. 90 days, end-to-end, against a live strategic initiative your cohort is already accountable for.
The 90-Day Accelerator combines the Flawless Leadership Program with Flawless Execution Coaching in one engagement. Your cohort learns the methodology, watches it demonstrated against their real work, then runs it on the strategic initiative the company is depending on this quarter. Cohort sizes run 12 to 30 leaders. Hybrid delivery: in-person workshops plus virtual coaching. Premium tier.
Built for L&D leaders and operators who need documented behavior change in a single quarter, not over the next fiscal year. The 90-day timebox is the wedge: it forces visible change while the initiative is still live.
Program 05 / The Executive
1:1 Flawless Leadership Coaching
The executive engagement. Confidential one-on-one coaching anchored in the methodology, with the senior coaches in the Flawless Leadership network.
1:1 Flawless Leadership Coaching pairs a senior leader with a decorated military officer, ICF-certified in executive leadership coaching. Our executive coaches have, at a minimum, demonstrated leadership as a Squadron Commander. Sessions run monthly or twice-monthly. Engagements typically run 6 to 12 months. Virtual or in-person. The structure is the Three Ms; the application is bespoke to the leader’s mission, context, and personal growth plan.
The fit: you have a senior leader in a high-stakes role who would benefit from a wingman, or you are the executive sponsor investing in a critical seat.

The Flawless Leadership programs are built to turn those averages into your numbers.
The format changes with the room. The architecture does not. Same Three Ms, same FLEX cycle, same debrief discipline, whether the room holds a five-person executive team or a thousand-person division.
The pattern in the post-program data is consistent: your team leaves with a shared execution language, a debrief habit, and a documented behavior shift on the initiative the program ran against. It lands because it gets applied on real work before the team leaves the room.
What leaders say after the program
“It’ll allow us to get ahead of obstacles instead of dealing with obstacles on the back end, and it’ll save money.”
“It’s thinking about something bigger than yourself, putting your ego aside, checking that ego, and being open to criticism and feedback.”

Frequently Asked Questions
Flawless Leadership Programs
What is a Flawless Leadership program and how is it structured?
A Flawless Leadership program is a leadership development program for Chief Learning Officers and operators that closes the strategy-to-execution gap through the Three Ms architecture and the FLEX cycle. Five programs sit on one ladder: the Small Teams Experience, the 90-Day Accelerator, the Flawless Leadership Program, Flawless Execution Coaching, and 1:1 Flawless Leadership Coaching. Each runs on a Teach-Demo-Do delivery model.
How does the Flawless Leadership Program close the strategy-to-execution gap?
The program installs FLEX, the four-phase Plan, Brief, Execute, Debrief cycle, on a live initiative your team owns. The cohort learns the architecture, demonstrates it against their real work, then runs it inside the program. By the end of 8 to 12 weeks, the team has a shared execution language and documented behavior change on a live mission.
How long is the Flawless Leadership Program and what is the cohort size?
The Flawless Leadership Program runs multi-session over 8 to 12 weeks with a cohort of 12 to 30 leaders. Sessions blend in-person workshops and virtual coaching. Cohort-based pricing applies. The format is built for organizational rollout rather than individual enrichment, with pre and post assessment included so behavior change is documented rather than assumed.
How does Flawless Execution Coaching apply to a live strategic initiative?
Flawless Execution Coaching is six intensive coaching sessions over 12 weeks built around the FLEX cycle and applied to an intact leadership team’s live mission. The coaching is the mission. Plan, Brief, Execute, Debrief, against real work. By session six the team operates from a shared playbook and the debrief discipline is installed.
How is behavior change measured across a cohort?
Behavior change is measured through a pre and post assessment built into the Flawless Leadership Program, paired with the live strategic initiative the cohort runs the methodology against. The Three Ms architecture surfaces measurable shifts in Mindset, Method, and Moments. The debrief discipline at the center of FLEX is independently supported: a meta-analysis by Tannenbaum and Cerasoli found structured debriefs improve performance by an average of 25 percent.
What does the 90-Day Accelerator deliver that a standalone program does not?
The 90-Day Accelerator combines the Flawless Leadership Program with Flawless Execution Coaching against a real strategic initiative inside one 90-day timebox. The cohort learns the methodology, watches it demonstrated against their work, then runs it on the live mission. The timebox is the wedge: visible behavior change in a single quarter rather than the next fiscal year.
How does Flawless Leadership compare to other leadership development methodologies?
Flawless Leadership is built on the Three Ms architecture, Mindset, Method, and Moments, with FLEX as the Method within them. The differentiator is structural: most leadership development ends at inspiration; Flawless Leadership installs the methodology on a live initiative inside the program. Afterburner has run this system since 1996, with 85% of the Fortune 500 among its clients.
When is 1:1 Flawless Leadership Coaching the right fit vs a cohort program?
1:1 Flawless Leadership Coaching fits when one senior leader in a high-stakes role would benefit from a wingman, rather than when a team needs a shared operating system. Sessions run monthly or twice-monthly over 6 to 12 months. The leader is paired with a decorated military officer certified in executive leadership coaching, with the methodology applied bespoke to that leader’s mission.
What ROI signals should an executive sponsor expect from a Flawless Leadership program?
An executive sponsor should expect measurable advancement on the strategic initiative the cohort runs the methodology against, documented behavior change at the leader level, and a shared execution language across the team that compounds after the program. The pre and post assessment makes the shift visible rather than assumed.
