Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies for site operation, analytics, advertising, and visitor identification. You can manage your preferences through your browser settings and through the cookie consent interface on the Service.

Automated processing

We use automated processing for visitor identification, lead scoring, and marketing automation. Some of these processes operate without individual human review, including automated email sequences and lead routing. These activities support our routine sales and marketing operations and do not produce legal or similarly significant effects on you.

Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, delete, correct, port, or opt out of certain processing of your personal information, including the sale or sharing of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

To exercise any right, email team@afterburner.com or use the “Your Privacy Choices” link in our website footer. California residents may also access this control through the link designated “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information.”

We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals as opt-outs of sale and sharing for California residents and others where required by law.

European, UK, and Swiss residents

If you are located in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, we process your personal data on the legal bases set out in Article 6 of the GDPR (consent, contract, legal obligation, or legitimate interests). For international transfers, we rely on appropriate safeguards including the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses, the UK International Data Transfer Addendum, or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework where applicable. You have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. For privacy questions, contact team@afterburner.com.

Children

The Service is intended for business users and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16.

Retention and security

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, unless a longer retention period is required by law. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is fully secure.
